Tube Guitar Amplifier Repair, Restoration, and Design.

The Siren

A twelve watt, Class A amplifier with a vocal, singing quality. Based on the tweed Princeton, aka the Champ with a tone control, the simple Volume and Tone arrangement let your guitar’s natural character shine through with it’s simple circuit. I always loved the Champ circuit but wasn’t fond of the tiny speaker and small cabinet. This amps steps up the game altogether with a larger cabinet housing a ten inch Celestion Greenback speaker. The larger housing and ten inch speaker aren’t the only upgrades. A bigger power transformer is designed to handle a 6L6GB power tube with ease, which not only makes the amp louder, but also offers a fuller response. When matched with the larger output transformer, it creates a small, gigable option for being able to crank up at reasonable volumes. Simple and sweet, with a tone as pure as can be.

All of our amplifiers are built to order, so if there are any customizations you’d like, just let us know. Because all of our amplifiers are custom built to spec, there is an average 6 week build time. Contact us for current build schedules or to place your order.
